1. Sun Drying:

Raw cashews are spread out in large outdoor areas where they are exposed to the sun. This step is vital to reduce the moisture content of the cashews, preventing the onset of mold and bacteria. This natural process is carried out carefully, ensuring uniform sun exposure for all cashews, and can last several days, depending on weather conditions.

2. Shell Removal:

We use advanced cutting and shelling machinery to remove the hard shell of the cashews. This equipment ensures optimal efficiency and hygiene in the process, minimizing damage to the cashews. The shell removal is performed with precision to ensure that the kernel remains intact, preserving its quality and flavor.

3. Borna Drying:

The cashews are dehydrated through borna drying in closed chambers specifically designed for this purpose. Within them, the temperature and air circulation are precisely controlled, removing moisture from the cashews uniformly and effectively. This process enhances the quality of the cashews, ensuring a crunchy texture and extending their shelf life.

4. Peeling:

After drying, the kernels undergo a peeling process to remove the thin skin covering them. This procedure is performed with specialized equipment that guarantees the complete removal of the skin without compromising the integrity of the kernel. The result is a clean cashew ready for consumption or the production of derived products.

5. Grading:

Finally, the cashews are graded according to their size, shape, and color, using advanced sorting technology. This process ensures that only cashews that meet our strict quality standards reach our customers.
